Welcome to Little Sister’s Truck Wash. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our online store, and the wash, detail, and related services we provide at our locations across Arizona and California. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Little Sister’s Truck Wash, Inc. (“Little Sister’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. 2. Our Services

Little Sister’s has proudly served professional drivers and fleets since 1988. We offer full hand truck washing, steam cleaning, polishing, trailer washouts, interior and exterior detailing, certified scales (select locations), and related amenities at our five locations. Service availability, pricing, and hours vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful, personal, and business purposes only. You agree not to:

Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled, unless an alternate arrangement (such as pickup payment or a fleet account) has been agreed in advance. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

6. Open (Fleet) Accounts

Fleet and business account holders are additionally bound by the terms provided during account setup, including that statements are due in full upon presentation and no later than the 20th of the month following charges, that payment is by statement only, and that accounts must maintain minimum monthly activity. Inactive accounts may be closed at our discretion.

7. Service at Our Locations

Wash and detail services are provided on an as-available basis. Estimated times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or aftermarket accessories. Any concern regarding a completed service should be raised with the on-site manager before your vehicle leaves the premises so we can make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the “Little Sister’s” name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Little Sister’s and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
